BUILT FOR THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE OUTCOME

Agents change.
Standards shouldn’t.

A provider update. A new business rule. An unexpected request.
Calvin helps you see the drift and decide what happens next.

YOURMISSION

Evidence, all the way through.

Verify the booking in the calendar. See the real outcome behind the conversation, with the evidence to understand it.

One problem. One clear decision.

See patterns with affected customers and examples, instead of a queue of conversations. Decide once: fine, not fine, or rule unclear.

The right issue. The right owner.

An agent defect, an unclear policy, an unowned handoff. Each measure has a threshold and a named person who can act.

A fix you can actually verify.

Calvin proposes the change. You deploy it. The same measure checks whether it worked, and the examples become new tests.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.

You know what your agent should do.
Here’s how Calvin helps you check.

What exactly does Calvin check?

Calvin checks whether your agent meets the commitments you approved. That includes its behavior in simulated tests and the actual outcomes in your connected business systems, such as whether a confirmed appointment exists in the calendar.

How is this different from conversation scoring?

A conversation can sound perfect while the intended action never happens. Calvin checks the resulting business outcome as well as the behavior. A polite confirmation with no booking is still a failure.

Do I need an engineer to get started?

You can begin by describing the job in plain words and connecting your agent through a phone number, chat link, or API. You approve the commitments. Access to the relevant business systems is needed to verify their outcomes.

What does “unverified” mean?

Calvin does not have enough reliable evidence to decide whether a commitment was met. If a system cannot be checked, the outcome stays unverified. It is never silently counted as a pass or a failure.

What happens when the agent changes?

Every new version you control goes back through the acceptance checks before customers see it. The test set grows from production examples. Scheduled probes help detect unexpected behavior changes after provider updates.

Does Calvin automatically change my agent?

You stay in control. Calvin groups the problem, brings the evidence to a named owner, and proposes a fix. Your team decides and deploys the change; Calvin then checks the outcome using the same measure.
